With Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts* set to hit theaters in just two days, a new hero will soon meet guests at Disneyland Resort!
Today, Disney announced that Alexei Shostakov, aka Red Guardian, will make his Disney Parks debut at Disney California Adventure on May 2, where he will meet and interact with guests at Avengers Campus.

A Heroic Entrance
In a brief video shared by Disney on Instagram, Red Guardian arrives at Avengers Campus and is instantly enamoured with the various heroes who call the land home.
After pointing out Captain Marvel, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, and Captain America, Red Guardian happily chuckles and yells, “I love this place!”

Limited Time Magic
Red Guardian’s arrival at Avengers Campus will coinicide with the release of Thunderbolts*. If you want to meet the fan-favorite Marvel hero, however, don’t wait!

Like most other Marvel heroes, Red Guardian’s time in Disneyland will be limited.
Previously, we have seen the likes of Shang-Chi, Clint Barton, Kate Bishop, Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, American Chavez, Scarlet Witch, Kang, Mobious, Deadpool, and Wolverine show up.

With the Fantastic Four set to make their Disneyland debut later this summer, Red Guardian won’t be around for long!
