The release of Vikram’s much-anticipated film ‘Veera Dheera Sooran’, directed by Arun Kumar, faced an unexpected roadblock when a legal dispute halted its premiere. However, the issue now appears to be reaching a resolution, with reports stating that Vikram has agreed to forgo ₹7 crore from his salary to help settle the matter.
The controversy arose when P4U, a company that had acquired the film’s satellite rights, filed a lawsuit claiming that the movie had been released before the satellite rights business was finalized. As a result, the Delhi High Court imposed a temporary ban on the film’s release until 10:30 AM today.

During negotiations held yesterday, Vikram reportedly decided to relinquish ₹7 crore from his remuneration, leading to P4U’s decision to withdraw the case. With the legal hurdle now seemingly cleared, ‘Veera Dheera Sooran’ is expected to hit theaters later this afternoon.
