Kamal Haasan film Thug Life will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5 at the box office. Akshay starrer will hit the theatres on June 6. As per reports, Thug Life is not doing wonders at the box office on its opening day. If reports are to be believed, the film has collected Rs 0.07 crore in all languages on the first day.
Sreedhar Pillai, another trade expert said that the film will earn around Rs 20-25 crore from the Tamil Nadu market alone. The film is expected to surpass the opening day figures of Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 and Vikram. Ramesh Bala predicted Rs 40 to Rs 50 crore in India with Rs 75 crore worldwide. As per reports, the film will surely cross Rs 20 crore mark in global advance booking.
