Australian Critical Minerals Completes Peru Portfolio Acquisition
– Exploration to Unlock Tier-One Opportunities
Australian Critical Minerals is pleased to advise that, following shareholder approval on Monday, 15 September 2025, the acquisition of Circuit Resources Pty Ltd is now complete. ACM now owns 100% of Circuit Resources, which holds a portfolio of high-impact precious and base metal projects in Peru over 25600 Ha.
