Introducing a brand-new artifact, Purified Pages of the Black! This artifact offers high-risk, high-reward gameplay that empowers Tanks, DPS, and potentially Healers through stacking buffs balanced by self-inflicted damage.
Channel necrotic energy to trade health for immense power. While above 50% Health, you gain stacks of Edict of Premonition each second, increasing your stats but inflicting self-damage in return.
- Stacks: Up to 10
- Self-Damage: 1% Max Health per stack
- Bonuses per Stack:
- +3% Vitalization, Precision, Restoration, and Defense
- +4.5% Incoming Healing and Might
Two sub-effects enhance survivability and offense:
- Edict of Violence: Activating a Weapon Buff grants +35% Precision for 14s and 5s immunity to self-damage.
- Edict of Retribution: Activating a Shield reflects damage equal to 20% of your Precision for 24s, provides 12s self-damage immunity, and has a 15s cooldown.
