The Television Academy hosted the first night of the Creative Arts Emmys on Saturday night, and The Penguin took home eight awards.
The Emmy Awards are spread across multiple nights due to the large number of awards to be handed out. The first night focuses primarily on the technical arts.
The eight categories The Penguin won awards included:
- Best Original Score
- Best Sound Mixing
- Best Sound Editing
- Best Prosthetic Makeup
- Best Special Visual Effects
- Best Contemporary Makeup
- Best Contemporary Costumes
- Best Contemporary Hairstyling
In total, the series picked up 24 nominations and still has a lot of potential wins coming up.
The main Emmy ceremony will be held on Sept. 14, 2025.
