Marvel star Chris Evans is packing up his things and moving out of the Hollywood Hills.
According to a new report from the Wall Street Journal, Evans has decided to sell his multi-million-dollar home. The current asking price is $7 million, which is nearly double the $3.52 million that the actor originally paid for it in 2013.

The hosue was built in the 1940s and features four bedrooms and, perhaps more significantly, a built-in gym.
Location, Location, Location
According to real estate agent Scott Moore of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, Evans used the gym to train for his Marvel roles as Captain America.

The home also has multiple patios and a pool that offer scenic views.

In fact, the actor chose the home because of its view of the Santa Monica Mountains and Mulholland and Laurel Canyons. In total, the property spans nearly an acre.

“Everything is gravitated toward this view,” Moore said.
Why Evans Is Selling His Home
According to Evans, he is selling his home to return to the East Coast. The MCU star grew up in the suburbs of Boston and wants to be closer to his family.

Additionally, Evans married his wife, Alba Baptista, in September 2023 on Cape Cod.
Subsequently, the couple built a new house in Boston. With Evans now settling down, it looks like it was finally time to give up his Los Angeles residence.
