South Korean actress Lee Seo Yi passed away at 43 and her sudden demise news left everyone shocked.
South Korean actress Lee Seo-Yi who is known for her role in SBS drama Cheongdam-dong Scandal has died at the age of 43. The news of her death has come as a shock and was revealed on July 1 via a heartfelt post on her official Instagram account. Her death news was shared by her manager. Lee Seo-Yi, born Song Soo-Yeon died on June 20 and the exact cause of her death has not been disclosed. Her fans and colleagues are in deep shock.
Lee Seo-Yi’s manager informed everyone about the actress’s death via an Instagram post. Her manager’s message read: “A radiant, beautiful, kind-hearted sister became a star in the sky on June 20. I share this news with deep sorrow.” The note continued, “I know many of you will be shocked and heartbroken by this sudden news. Please pray for her so she may rest in a peaceful and beautiful place. I am posting this on behalf of her mother and father.”
Who was Lee Seo-Yi?
Lee Seo-Yi was born on April 18, 1982 and she made her official acting debut in 2013 with the MBC historical drama Hur Jun, The Original Story. Her exceptional acting skills made her create a special place in the hearts of the audience. She later won hearts with her role in Cheongdam-dong Scandal (2014) and was seen in films such as The King and Killing Romance. She was academically accomplished and majored in Czech and Slovak studies at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. She even pursued graduate studies at Pusan National University.
She represented her flower shop and shared on social media. She kept sharing lovely moments from her everyday life. She was an avid supporter of the Busan-based baseball team known as Lotte Giants. She managed to impress all with every project.
