Director Nelson Dilipkumar, who is currently helming the much-anticipated ‘Jailer 2′ with superstar Rajinikanth, may have just lined up another big project—and this time, it could feature Telugu sensation Jr. NTR.
Nelson, known for his unique storytelling and flair for dark humor, made a strong mark in Tamil cinema with his directorial debut ‘Kolamavu Kokila’, followed by hits like Doctor (with Sivakarthikeyan), Beast (with Vijay), and the blockbuster ‘Jailer’. With ‘Jailer 2′ now in production, all eyes are on what comes next—and recent developments hint at an exciting collaboration.
At a recent public event, Jr. NTR revealed that his next film would be produced by Vamsi and teased that the director would be a “surprising name.” Though he didn’t reveal more, industry buzz suggests that he was referring to Nelson.
If true, this crossover collaboration has fans thrilled, bringing together Nelson’s distinct style and Jr. NTR’s mass appeal for the first time.
Currently, Jr. NTR is juggling a packed schedule. He’s filming ‘War 2′ alongside Hrithik Roshan and is also set to work with ‘KGF’ director Prashanth Neel. Once these are wrapped, he’s expected to team up with Nelson, adding another high-profile project to his impressive lineup.
