Tramell Tillman, Owen Cooper create history; The Studio bags 12 awards

The 77th Emmy Awards were truly historical, with Apple TV’s severance getting 8 different prizes, to Owen Cooper making history by becoming the youngest male actor to get the top award. Here is a list of the winners of Emmy 2025.

The 2025 Emmy had a landmark moment with Owen Cooper becoming the youngest male actor to win the top award for his performance in Adolescence. The series won Emmys for Stephen Graham in Lead Actor and Writing, Owen Cooper for Supporting Actor, Erin Doherty for Supporting Actress, and Philip Barantini for Directing. It seemed like a good event for Apple Tv+ with The Studio setting a new award for the most number of wins by a new comedy series. Along with that, Severance won eight emmys, as lead actress for Britt Lower and supporting actor for Trammell Tillman. The actor also made history with being the first black man to win that category.
