The Superman release dates are firming up around the globe with the first countries slated to debut on July 9, 2025.
While the majority of the focus has been on the July 11 release date in the U.S., other countries have been firming up their dates with some of them coming in a full two days earlier.

This release strategy is quite common with blockbuster films, but it’s also going to mean being extra cautious if you wish to go into the film spoiler free if you live in the U.S.
Superman will serve as the first live-action entry expressly made for the new DCU. In addition to seeing Superman, the film will include the first appearances of Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, Perry White, Cat Grant, Steve Lombard, Lex Luthor, Eve Teschmacher, Hawkgirl, Mister Terrific, Metamorpho, Guy Gardner, the Engineer, and Krypto the Superdog. Some rumors have indicated we will also see the first appearance of Supergirl, who is set to be played by Milly Alcock. She will then appear in her own film, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
The cast of Superman is set to include David Corenswet as Superman, and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane. They will all be joined by Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Wendell Pierce as Perry White, María Gabriela de Faría as the Engineer , Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant, Christopher MacDonald as Ron Troupe, and Beck Bennett as Steve Lombard.
Superman will hit theaters in the U.S. on July 11, 2025.
