There are various speculations that claim that Ram might appear in Salman Khan-hosted controversial reality show r. Ram has reacted to the news and clarified that he will never participate in the show. Yes, you read that right!
Bigg Boss is one of the most popular shows on television screens that has been running successfully for decades now. The makers are all set to launch season 19 and fans are eagerly waiting to know who will participate in the reality show.
Ram Kapoor reveals rejecting Bigg Boss offers
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Ram said that at the beginning of Bigg Boss, many years ago, the creators had offered him a huge amount of money and they were surprised to know that he said no to the show as it was a lot of money. He even said that if he had accepted the offer, he could have easily made money in three months, which would have taken him a year to achieve. The actor even said that a senior creative had come to his house to convince him to participate in Bigg Boss.

The 51-year-old actor said that he will never ever do a show like Bigg Boss, not because it’s a bad show, but those kinds of reality shows are something that he cannot think of doing as he likes to see himself as a trained actor. He further said that he has studied method acting for four years and there is a certain way in his approach to acting.
Ram further even said that Bigg Boss is a show about voyeurism and people get locked up and people just watch. He even said that there is no talent and it is due to the voyeurism. He said that it is something he cannot ever think of doing. The Mistry actor said that, “The kind of person I am, when I enter that house, the first thing I’ll say is ‘Why am I being made to do things. Excuse me, F off’. I don’t go to a house to do this task or that task, I will show them the middle finger. When I am at home, nobody tells me what to do. So, I am the wrong person for it. My mind will never allow me to do a show like Bigg Boss ever.”
Ram even told the makers that if they offered him Rs 20 crores, he could not think of doing the show. Ram then reveals his friend Ravi Kishan told him that it was an amazing experience to do a show like Bigg Boss. He praised his friend and said that it is people who are doing it, but he has his limitations which will not allow him to do a few things.
Ram refuted rumours of him participating in Bigg Boss 19 and said that no one approached him as they know they cannot approach him. He even said that the makers of Bigg Boss had approached him more than 10 years back, and at that time he had explained to them that it’s not about the money.
On the work front, Ram is seen in the web series Mistry which is streaming on Prime Video and stars Mona Singh in the main role.
