Rajinikanth plays the lead in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie, which also stars Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, and Soubin Shahir in significant parts. Even after the drop, the action drama earned a total of Rs 166.04 crore on its fourth day.

On Saturday, August 16, War 2 made an estimated Rs 33.25 crore at the Indian box office, a 42% decrease from Friday, according to trade sector tracker Sacnilk. However, today (August 17), the spy thriller minted Rs 5.75 Cr India net, making the total to Rs 148.35 crore- still behind Coolie, according to Sacnilk.

Rajinikanth plays the main lead in the film. Simon, the main antagonist, is portrayed by Nagarjuna.
