Fans Are Convinced That Another Defender Will Suit Up For ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 2

The last time we saw Daredevil, he was preparing to form an army to fight back against Kingpin and his takeover of New York City.

Since the conclusion of Daredevil: Born Again Season 1, it has been confirmed that Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones will be suiting up to help The Man Without Fear next season.

Now, the announcement of a New York Comic-Con panel has convinced fans that another Defender could also return.

The Big Announcement

New York Comic Con took to social media today and revealed the upcoming New York City’s Heroes & Villains panel.

On October 11 and October 12, fans will hear from four stars who have been confirmed to appear in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2- Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Vincent D’Onofrio (Kingpin), and Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones).

It also, however, will feature Mike Colter.

Will Luke Cage Return?

Colter, of course, portrayed Luke Cage in Netflix’s Jessica Jones, The Defenders, and a titular series.

To this point, however, there has been no announcement that he will join the Daredevil: Born Again cast and get a proper MCU introduction.

Nevertheless, the latest Comic-Con news has fans convinced that we will see Cage pop up next season.

If he does, it could also lead to the reintroduction of fellow Defender Finn Jones, who portrayed Iron Fist.
