Kim Soo Hyun’s legal team, LKB, has revealed that the actor was unable to file a lawsuit earlier due to some procedural issues. Now, the actor and his legal team have taken strict action against the person responsible for allegedly using fabricated evidence against him.
Kim Sae Ron’s family press conference causes trouble
The lawsuit was filed concerning the claims in a press conference held by Sae Ron’s family in the presence of Kim Se Ui, who claimed that the whistleblower in Sae Ron’s case was threatened and attacked by Soo Hyun in New Jersey. Later, the whistleblower turned down his statement and denied any such incident.

Talking about the evidence, everything is secured with the National Forensic Service. In total, seven cases have been filed, and Gangnam Police is taking time to investigate both parties. Kim Soo Hyun’s side said that the family and GaroSero used fabricated evidence to malign his name in public.

Moreover, Kim Sae Ron was seen referring to her manager, Mr K, as her father in the texts. Earlier, a YouTuber, Kwon Young Chan, had accused Sae Ron’s manager of grooming and sexually exploiting the late actress.

Responding to this, Mr. K said that he called the ambulance right away to save her, and then he called her mother to let her know. Her mother replied that she can’t come right now, “I can’t come right now.” Therefore, claiming that he didn’t inform her family is completely wrong.
